Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using Hishab (the "Platform"), creating an account, purchasing a Booktel service, or registering a hotel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our other published policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who We Are
Hishab is owned and operated by DMSync Infotech (doing business as "DMSync Techinfo"), a software development company registered on 09/07/2026, with its registered office at Merry Gold Square, Office No. 604, Madhapar Chok, Rajkot – 360006, Gujarat, India.
2. Nature of Hishab
Hishab is a technology and hotel discovery platform. We display participating hotels, room information, prices, discounts and offers, availability, photographs, facilities and amenities, and hotel policies; we provide search and filter tools, ratings and reviews, and — where you choose to proceed with a hotel — we redirect you to that hotel's own website to complete your booking. We also provide websites and technology services to participating hotels.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, Hishab is not the hotel or accommodation provider.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to create an account or use Hishab. Enquiries made on behalf of another guest must be made with that guest's knowledge and consent, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit.
4. The Booking Journey
A typical journey looks like this: search on Hishab → view a hotel → view its price/offer → select a hotel or room → you are redirected to that hotel's website → you complete the booking with the hotel. The hotel booking contract is formed directly with the applicable hotel, on the terms it presents during booking — not with Hishab.
5. Hotel Booking Payments
Hishab does not collect hotel room booking payments. Payment for your stay is made directly on the hotel's own website, using the payment methods that hotel makes available (which may include online payment or Pay at Hotel, at that hotel's discretion). Any payment made through Hishab itself relates only to Booktel's own services (see Section 6), not to your hotel stay.
6. Booktel Service Payments
Hishab may separately collect payment from hotel owners for annual subscriptions, website development, custom development, or other optional services and add-ons, processed through authorised third-party payment gateways.
7. Hotel Responsibility
The applicable hotel — not Hishab — is responsible for: booking acceptance and confirmation, room availability and allocation, check-in and check-out, facilities and amenities, guest service, its own cancellation and refund policy, no-shows, property conditions, taxes and charges on the booking, and stay-related complaints and support. Please contact the hotel directly for any of these matters, using the details on its website or your booking confirmation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that Hishab cannot legally exclude under applicable law.
8. Hotel Information & Prices
Hotel information — including prices, discounts, availability, facilities, room descriptions, photographs, and policies — is supplied and managed by participating hotels. We take reasonable measures to keep the Platform accurate, but cannot guarantee that hotel-supplied information is always error-free or continuously current. Please verify material booking details on the hotel's own website before you pay.
9. Your Account
You must provide accurate information, keep your account details up to date, and keep your login credentials and OTPs confidential. Notify us immediately at support@booktel.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
10. Reviews & Ratings
If you submit a review or rating, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and free of fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or infringing content. We may moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms.
11. Prohibited Use
You must not: attempt unauthorised access to the Platform, introduce malicious software, scrape data without authorisation, commit fraud or impersonate another person or business, manipulate ratings or promotions, interfere with platform security, use Hishab for unlawful activity, or copy protected platform content without authorisation.
12. Intellectual Property
Hishab's branding, platform software, designs, code, and documentation remain the property of DMSync Infotech (DMSync Techinfo) or its licensors, except for content owned by hotels or other third parties. A hotel subscription does not transfer ownership of our underlying software, templates, or intellectual property.
13. Hotel-Provided Content
Hotel owners must have the necessary rights to any logos, photographs, descriptions, and other content they supply to Hishab. By supplying such content, the hotel authorises us to use it as reasonably necessary to provide the subscribed service and to display/promote the hotel on Hishab.
14. Service Availability
We aim to keep Hishab reliably available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service — availability may be affected by maintenance, hosting or network issues, third-party service failures, security incidents, or force majeure events.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hishab is not responsible for losses arising solely from the acts or omissions of an independent hotel — including its accommodation service, booking fulfilment, cancellations, or refunds. We remain responsible for our own obligations to the extent required by law.
16. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary due to non-payment, fraud, misuse, security concerns, material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or repeated policy violations, providing reasonable notice where appropriate.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance redressal process below and any mandatory consumer-protection requirements, disputes relating to Hishab's own services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
18. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the details of our Grievance Officer are below. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

19. Important Booking Disclosure
Hishab is a hotel discovery and technology platform. Hotel room bookings and hotel booking payments are completed with the respective hotel through its own website. That hotel is responsible for booking fulfilment, accommodation, cancellation, hotel-booking refunds, and stay-related customer support. Hishab separately charges hotels for Booktel subscriptions and other Booktel services, where applicable.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
